Application 2025The number of PhD students participating to the School is limited to 40. The deadline for applying is November 27th, 2024. We encourage early applications. Admission will be communicated within two working days for early applicants. PhD students’ selection is based on the presentation of a short CV and (possibly) a paper to be attached to the online application. Use the link specified during the application process to do that. Selected papers proposed by participants will be presented during the school. Accepted participants should then pay within 4 working days from acceptance (payment received before December 6th are strongly encouraged and will be given priority in treatment) following the payment options described in the application form. An additional limited number of places is reserved to junior and senior faculty members: please write to it_info@dse.univr.it for information. Participation fees for accepted applicants are:

that Application and payment are managed through an online platform
called Oxford Abstract. You have to register to this platform
before proceeding with the registration forms.
If
you want to present a
paper during the school, please upload the paper of draft during the
application process. Presentations can take the form of a 15 minutes
talk (with the possobilty of two parallel sessiones) or as a poster
(two poster sessions). Depending on the proximity of the paper to the
topics of the school, your paper can be either assinged to a talk or to
a poster session. Please check the program of the previous editions of
the Winter School for a better perspective on the program.
